These Terms govern your use of SL!NG, provided by AMRVCO. Effective: August 12, 2026.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an optional cloud profile, you expressly accept these Terms and the Community Guidelines. You must be at least 13 years old and meet any higher minimum age required where you live. If local law requires parental or guardian consent, you may use cloud and leaderboard features only with that consent.

2. Your profile

You are responsible for choosing an appropriate username, keeping your six-digit PIN private, and activity performed through your profile. Do not share your PIN with anyone, including support. Usernames are public on leaderboards.

3. Acceptable use

You may use SL!NG for personal, lawful entertainment. You may not harass others, use hateful or sexual usernames, impersonate another person or organization, spam, manipulate scores, exploit bugs, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected service components, or use SL!NG to violate another person's rights.

4. Safety and moderation

AMRVCO may filter usernames, review reports, hide or remove content, invalidate scores, restrict features, suspend profiles, or delete profiles when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect players, preserve leaderboard integrity, or comply with law. You can report or block another leaderboard profile in the app. For urgent safety issues, contact AMRVCO@gmail.com.

5. Service and advertising

Core play is available without a cloud profile. Cloud saves, leaderboards, advertising, and other online features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. SL!NG may display advertising subject to your device settings, consent choices, and applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

SL!NG, its software, art, audio, branding, and game content are owned by AMRVCO or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the app for personal play; they do not transfer ownership.

7. Disclaimer and liability

SL!NG is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. AMRVCO does not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, AMRVCO is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app.

8. Changes and contact
